They bought a couple of my accts. from Chase
and they are trying to collect twice by using different amts for the same accts. They have also added over 4 grand to the accounts.
A rep for Pallisades called me yesterday & I confronted him about the 4 grand. He said that was interest. I told him that in my best interest they would not collect not one red cent
My credit was great until I got sick with cancer. I am 66 years old -not able to work, so I.m going to file bankruptcy.Of course they will probably make money on this as a tax write off. The blood suckers.

They can garnish your checking account, but you can hide that in different ways. I am also disabled and judgement proof. I have 2 liens on my house for hospital bills that they failed to file on Medicaire, but they can only collect when I sell. I've been here for years and have no intentions of moving. The liens will fall off after 7 years. Just check all your options before you give an attorney money for something that maynot have to be done. |
